Where is your office?

Our new office, located at 19 Hendry Street, Simcoe ON, N3Y 3M3. The office is located near the corner of McCall Street and Hendry Street (which is south of Queensway East / Hwy #3 and east of Norfolk Street North / Hwy #24). It is the same location as the old Tailor Shop. There is parking across the street on Hendry.

Our office is noted on the attached map by the “balloon” symbol.

How Do I Order a Status Certificate?

Easy! Just click this link here, and search for your property address. You will be able to select the delivery speed, pay securely online and have your documents automatically delivered into your inbox.

My phone number / email address has changed.

No problem! And yes. It’s important that you always keep us updated of your contact information. In fact, it’s the law! Just submit the updated information through our Contact Form and we’ll update your file and send you confirmation.

How do I make a service request?

You may use the Contact Form or send us an email to info@norfolkpm.ca. Your request will be confirmed within one business day. All service requests should be made in writing. Please be sure to identify your municipal address and unit # to avoid delays.

NOTE: By agreeing to the terms of this form, you hereby authorize and consent Norfolk PM to releasing your personal information such as name and contact information (phone/email) to any tradespeople required to facilitate this request. In addition to the above consent, you authorize the entry to your unit by the tradespeople assigned to this maintenance request.

I need emergency service. Who do I call?

For police, fire, or ambulance, please call 911. For floods, sewer backups, roof leaks, etc. please call our toll free emergency number at 1-888-471-5636. General and minor repairs are not considered an emergency and will be addressed during the next regular business day. Misuse of the emergency line may result in a $50 plus HST charge to the caller per each occurrence.

I smell gas. Who do I call?

If you smell a rotten egg odour, it could be a natural gas leak. Leave the area immediately and call the Enbridge Gas emergency number from a safe distance at 1-800-767-1689. Act quickly and remain calm.

What is your standard response time?

For standard emails and phone calls during normal business hours, we strive to return to you in one business day. For urgent situations (e.g. flood, roof leak, etc.) you should call our office at 519-550-5929. For after hours emergencies, call 1-888-471-5636.
For urgent items, DO NOT send email as they may not get read in time!

What are your office hours? Can I stop by?

Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. However, if you are thinking of dropping by, it’s best to make an appointment.
Note: Emails are not monitored outside of office hours.
